The University of Vermont Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital health centers are a central source for preventative, primary care in Essex County. Practicing at our community-based health centers offers the opportunity to provide care for a diverse mix of patients and utilize the full extent of your education and training.
Physician opportunities are currently available at two health centers located between the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain. Our health centers offer a broad scope of practice, including diagnosis and management of routine health problems, health maintenance and screenings and urgent care for injuries and illnesses. Through our partnership with The University of Vermont Health Network, physicians share knowledge and resources to give patients access to leading-edge technology, advanced treatment options and the highest level of compassionate care. Opportunities are also available to work with medical students and residents.
