This pastoral community of nearly 15,000 offers residents a sparse suburban feel with affordable homes, low crime and friendly neighbors. Some would describe Malone as stepping into a storybook town with an historic downtown lined with Victorian homes, local eateries, museums and boutiques that leads out through sprawling acres of rural countryside, where you’ll find preserved cottages and farmhouses. The region offers an abundance of outdoor recreation for golfers, hikers, anglers, boaters, snowmobilers, skiers and snowboarders.
