In a major expansion of psychiatric services, the Robert E. Larner, MD College of Medicine at the University of Vermont and the University of Vermont Health Network are seeking 2 new full-time Adult/Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist faculty members at the Assistant or Associate Professor level on the clinical scholar pathway. These 2 physicians will join our team of professionals to provide inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and consultative child and adult psychiatry services. These services will be provided at the University of Vermont Health Network-Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (UVMHN-CVPH) and affiliates in the Clinton County/Plattsburgh Region of New York State. UVMHN-CVPH offers excellent sub-specialty coverage with ED visits above 50,000. These positions will be part of a new Adirondack Division in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont. UVM Psychiatry is known internationally as a center of excellence for innovative family-based empirical assessment and treatment.
